This was the first plug-in, I installed called Subscribe to Comments 2.0. Adds a “Notify me of follow-up comments via e-mail” below the checkbox button to submit comments. In many cases, you will see this plugin installed on most blogs to encourage comments. This second call was Plugin Show Top commentators. This plugin encourages feedback and discussion by rewarding the reader to make a comment. The commentator on the top bar appears on the right side, along with the number of comments and a link to your site or blog.

real incentive for this is that unlike the links in the comments, the links on the Top commentators are full of links within any nofollow tag! What does it mean that you will receive the full attention of Google, and traffic for FREE! Just make sure your comment is a real comment and not spam!
